DARMed is a professional medical network for healthcare professionals across the UAE. We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful platform for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
1. Published Standards Against CSAE
DARMed strictly prohibits:
- Creation, uploading, or distribution of any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery involving minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Grooming behavior or any inappropriate interaction targeting a minor
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation of children
- Sharing or requesting content that facilitates child exploitation
Consequences: Users who violate this policy will have their accounts permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. Addressing CSAM
We take immediate and appropriate action to address CSAM:
- Remove CSAM promptly upon obtaining actual knowledge of it in our app
- Report confirmed CSAM cases to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities as required by law
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Maintain records of reports and actions taken for compliance purposes
3. In-App User Feedback Mechanism
Users can report concerns, inappropriate content, or policy violations directly within the DARMed app through:
- Support tab in the app.
- All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team
